Should I be confused about this question? Maps are not a Collection.
The question asks, "Which of these interfaces are in the Java Collections framework?" and Map is definitely considered a part of the Collections framework. So while it is true that Map does not implement Collection interface, the question is not asking about Collection interface in particular.
