Yes Sir.

If the question is "Which design pattern is being employed here?", thought, it's about is being employed, not being used.

you are using a Factory pattern to employ a DAO pattern.

I don't want to be annoying. But "employed" and "used" mean the same here sounds to be a joke, since literal interpretation is the key on this test.

It's not a joke. I don't intend to offend but it is simple English. Frankly, what you wrote i.e. "it's about is being employed, not being used", makes no sense.

You may confirm with someone else.
