Maybe it is good idea for this question to mention,
it is assumed, that the front of deque is on the left side and the end is on the right side.
For the first and second options two variants are possible (front left/end right or end left/front right).
it depends on which iterator is used for output, standard or reverse iterator

Now the text says:
