Could you please check the version of your question bank?
I checked the update history of this question and I see that it was last updated on 8th May. The current version of the question bank is 1.6 (You can check it using Tools->Check for question bank update.) But this change was there in 1.4 as well. I suspect that your version is 1.3 or lower.
