In a different question u definitly say JDBC is wrong and dont count it as JPA

JDBC is a core java API (i.e. already included in JavaSE) that it why it is not in the list. The list is given in Section 21.1 of EJB 3.1 Specification.
I will check if JDBC is specified as a wrong option in any other question.
