If during the exam the question is presented as it is, the only reasonable answer would be option 3.
However "An EJB 3.1 compliant bean is guaranteed to work within any Java EE 6 Application Server." I think is wrong because a container implementing EE Web profile would accept only beans adhering to EJB 3.1 Lite.
