This question is not about entity objects. Please do not be alarmed by the mere occurrence of the word entity in the option. You are not required to the know the details of entity objects but you are required to know that such a thing exists. You may get questions in the exam that obliquely refers to such options.

The description of this alternative for me shows like a Entity Bean EJB. If to considerate this as entity bean EJB, all 5 alternatives is correct no?A business entity object that can only be accessed by one user at a time.

No, entity is not "Entity bean EJB". Entity object refers to JPA entities.
