Please explain why this statement is wrong. If query instance is always created through EntityManager, does it mean that persistence provider has no role in it's creation? Is not it persistent provider that controls EntityManager itself?A Query instance is created by the persistence provider for each named query at the time of parsing.

It is "at the time of parsing" part that is meaningless.

It has no meaning. What parsing is it talking about? That is why it is a wrong option.

How do you know that a Query instance is created at the time of parsing and not some other time?

That I do not know, I assume it depends on implementation.
