when I tried the same and checked the SOAP response using ws-monitor , only content-type appears at HTTP header and SOAP header - you are correct with your mentioned values.

But I can't see where is the "type" at HTTP or SOAP header.

Kindly explain.

that one should show up immediately behind the Content-type (in the Mime header).
