2- It supports or requires the Streaming API for XML (XPath) ?

JAXP version 1.3 (JSR-206) is required by JAXB v2.2 (JSR-222) which is part of EE6.
In other words JAXP v1.3 is required by the WSD6 exam, check all the rest of the supporting specs here:

I have checked the specs you mentioned and I found that Streaming API for XML stands for Stax.
Also it mentioned "This specification supports Streaming API for XML (StAX)"

These kind of questions are often answered by having a look inside the specifications. However with WSD there are just so many specs involved that you need at least a pointer where to look. (as the one a gave you). Well done.
