Installing: java -jar c:\downloads\etsviewer.jar

I am having a hard time to install the Enthuware app. Probably my fault, and I need help. I have installed JAVA (JDR and JRE), the command javac works fine but java not. I updated the Path in both system and user environment, still the same situation: I can compile a java pgm but I can't run it. I managed to install NetBeans. Now I want to install Enthuware software but I can't open the jar file. I read the instructions but I can't see how I can make it work. Please advice! Thanks, Crismelo

Could you please post a screenshot of what you have done and the error message that you got so that I can understand what is going on and suggest how to fix it?
