1z0-808 About scoring policy

Post by mrmuiz »

I noticed that in the Enthuware simulator you're always told, for each question, how many correct answer are there in the pool of possible answers. This is a crucial information that can really make the difference. I wanted to ask:
  1. Does the effective test really give you such a useful information?
  2. If, A B and C are the right answer of a question, but I select A B and D, will my answer be considered totally or partially wrong?
  3. Does a wrong answer mean a negative score or a zero score?

1. Yes.
2. Totally wrong. There is no partial credit.
3. Zero score. There is no negative score.

Thanks for the answer! This morning I called the testing center in my city (I'm in Italy) and they told me that no paper will be supplied, just some sort of erase bord and a pen.

When I asked for more details they told me: "It's the classic Pearson Vue board+pen!" (as if everyone should know). Googling a bit, it seems that it's some kind of internationally applied rule, but no official communication in the Pearson Vue website appears to exist. Do you have any info/link/idea about that...?

PS: I know it might sound trivial, but for how I set up my study during these weeks, that's actually pretty important

Hi Mr.Muiz,

You are given a small "lavagna bianca" with "penarelli" and they will give you more than one small "lavagna".
Hope this helps,
Bilbo Baggins.

You are allowed one plastic sheet and and marker pen. Most test centers supply them but we have observed that they don't always work very well. So take a good marker pen with you in case they give you a dried out one :)
