it is not listed by oracle as one of the exam topics so why there are so many questions on this in enthuware mocks?

It is true that it is not listed in the objectives but some candidates have reported getting questions on it. We have separated out these questions in an individual topic of its own so that it is easy for a candidate to ignore these questions if they want to.

so how to remove those questions from standard tests?

It is not possible to remove these questions from the standard tests because we believe they are still important for the exam.
It is possible to create custom tests without including these questions though. Let me know if you want to have such tests.
The easiest way however is to ignore them if you see them in a test. You will get only 1 or 2 in a test.
