Hi in Q5 of 816 Java Fundamentals
It says that this answer is incorrect,

new A().m(); can be inserted in main to invoke A's m().

However i seem to be able to construct/invoke static nested classes without any outer references quite ok in the IDE, what am i overlooking/misunderstanding here?
