If the no arg constructor gets the access modifier of the class wouldn't that maken answer F Constructor for Inner is protected. also a correct answer (together with B)?

Ah I see it now, the Outer class is not public so answer B is indeed incorrect because the added no-arg constructor for Outer will have default access not public.
I also see that I mentioned option F but there is no F I meant option E (the last option) which indeed is correct.
I think it's funny that this question is rated as Easy, at least it wasn't for me
