I believe he was compiling the code and this output the current date(different from Feb. 5th)
And was trying to say that it was outputting something it shouldn't. Perhaps he missed the part of the question stating to assume it is Feb 5th,2015 on the system.

Officially, ISO_LOCAL_DATE, ISO_LOCAL_TIME, and ISO_LOCAL_DATE_TIME, but some candidates have also mentioned seeing ISO_TIME of these constants in options.
