How multiple choice questions are scored on the actual exam? If i guess 1 of 2 or 1 of 3 answers, do I get some points or the question is total wrong? Where I can see how the exam is scored? I know the topic is not for here exactly but please tell me.

There is no partial credit. You need to select all correct answers to get full marks for that question. If you select 1 correct option out of 2, for example, you get 0 marks for that question.
