There is no screenshot attached but I am assuming that you are talking about Drag and Drop type questions. There are only a few of them. They are there because they are a good way to learn and are also a bit tougher to answer.

If they are not on the real thing, they shouldn't be on the practice. I just took the foundation test for the 1Z0-816 and there are many in that.

Yes, they are only in Foundation Test. You will not get them in Test 1 to 5 and Last Day Test.
As explained above, they provide good strength training. It is very easy for us remove them from the question bank but they do add value because unlike In MCQs, it is very difficult to find the answer using the process of elimination.
