Hello,
I have purchased both desktop license and webtest license. I have started giving test from ETS Viewer in my computer. But the test is not available when I log in Web Test portal. Can someone please help me?

You have to use Tools/Sync to Web menu to upload your desktop tests to web first.

Please send an email to support with your orderid if you still have an issue.

I tried Tools --> Web Sync from ETS viewer. It is showing error message "Unable to extract test data. Please see console for stack trace". I don't find any console. Where to see the console?
I initially installed ETS viewer for 1z0-808. I passed that exam. Now I have purchased 1z0-809. I am opening 809 from same ETS viewer. When I am doing web syn for 1z0-808, it is working fine. But web sync for 1z0-809 is not working. Please help.

As I mentioned earlier, please send an email to support@enthu with your order details. Also, zip up your work folder and attach it with your email so that the issue can be identified.
To see the console output, run it from the command line as explained here: https://enthuware.com/help/faq/111-inst ... ot-working
and send the stack trace also, if any. It will help us solve the problem.

But I suspect it is a permissions issue so run it as admin and then try.

Hello Admin,
I deleted exiting ets viewer. Downloaded a fresh and then opened jqplusv8.ets file using new ets viewer. After that I tried web sync and it worked. Thank you.
