General feedback on webets app navigation

General feedback:
in the review section, please place the Previous and Next buttons in a fixed position, to that the user is able to navigate among questions without scrolling the page.
Moreover, provide a textfield that allows the user to enter the exact number of the question from which he wants to start the review. If I log out and log in again the review starts always from the last question, and this is boring bacause I have to navigate again to the question where I interrupted the review.

BTW, you can also go to Review tab->Question Details tab and click on the question you want to start the review from. You don't have to browse to a question using Next/Previous.
