There is no reason for it to not compile. Why do you think it should fail compilation?

How do you know type of array in args[]?
From what phrase in question text reader can assume that it is "String args[]" hidden in var?

If this line is already caused compilation error how can i rely on assumption that "if it was correct code there would be "String args[]""
Im also think quesstion is really missleading in that way.

I understand your point but you need to select options and, given the complete code listing, the intention of the question is quite clear and therefore, //3 is not a problem.

The thing is, you can argue about the right answer here but you can't do that in the real exam. Our intention is only to make the readers aware of how to answer in the real exam. If you try to read too much into the question beyond what is quite apparent, you will lose marks.
