Similarity between Enthuware mock exams and real exam for Java 21 (1Z0-830)

Hi everyone,
I am curious to know people's experiences with the Java 21 (1z0-830) exam, after having gone through the Enthuware mock exams (ETS viewer). I'll be taking the certification on December 13.
I've gone through 10 of the standard tests and they don't seem to align with feedback on the real exam from test takers such as Scott Selikoff: https://www.selikoff.net/2024/07/13/pas ... am-1z0-830, particularly this point:
"each multiple choice option contained 20-30 lines of code with 6-10 options available".
From what I've seen in the Mock exams, most questions do not have more than 6 options available.
Has the actual exam been modified since its early days, or is there a mismatch here?
Thanks.
