The solution to this question in incorrect.
There is no implicit variable in JSP named servlet.

You are right but the question does not say that it is. There is a statement in the question that says, "Assume that request, response, name, value etc. are references to objects of appropriate types". The name of the variables that are used are only for indicating the type of the object being used.
