As it is, the last option is not quite correct. For instance, ii from the example presented in the explanation would qualify as "effectively final variable", but it is not accessible in the Inner class
Maybe a better form would be "All final or effectively final non-instance variables" or a similar statement that clearly specifies that only local/automatic variables and method variables / parameters are involved
