The correct answer states:

My opinion is that this answer is confusing and should be made more clear. You cannot specify a handler in <exception-type> element. the handler is the whole <error-page> element inside DD.

I would suggest to change the answer with this one:
"Specify a handler for this specific exception in the deployment descriptor."
