First option says "The message will be received by the MDB listening on the destination queue at most once." but i think it does not true.

Because MDB receives message amd throws system exception, so receipt not sent by container, Later MDB receives message again.

You are right. A statement has now been added to clarify that the message, if received by the receiving MDB, is processed successfully.
