Hi Frits,

Option 3 "Specify the @MTOM annotation on the SIB, when there is a SEI being referenced" can't be wrong. I've encountered many times this phrase:
Note that if a SIB refers to a SEI, the only annotations that are allowed on a SIB are @WebService, @HandlerChain, @MTOM, and @Addressing.
So @MTOM would be just fine here. Netbeans/GF don't seem to have anything against it.

Yes. I will verify all places. It is a bug that is apparently in a couple of questions.
