In the explanation part instead of "appresources.properties" it should be likely "appmessages.properties"

I still don't see the fix , is there new version of question bank which i need to download?

Yes, you can redownload the question bank from our website.
We normally do not notify users of the new version for minor fixes like these because the notification may become annoying. But we always update files on the download section of our website.
