Can you really do "@Addressing( true )" or "@Addressing( false )" ???
All the example usages I see are like "@Addressing( enabled=true [required=true] )".
If Netbeans won't compile the form "@Addressing( boolean )" then probably it's got a point.

Yes, it seems it was allowed.
I just verified the example and my JRE won't allow me to do it anymore (and I am pretty sure it was working when I created the Question Bank)
I will update the question.
Thanks for your feedback!

If we want to get the updated question bank, should we get a new "jwspv6.ets" file?
If I load a new "jwspv6.ets" file into the enthuware app, will I lose the record of my previously-taken sample tests?
What I'd like to be able to do is to get the updated question bank (with the corrections to the questions and answer choices) without losing my previous tests, as I do not want to re-take questions.

No, you don't have to do that.
When opening the question bank you will get a signal that it has been updated. Inside that pop-up window there will appear a link "Get it now". When you click that link your question bank is updated in the background.
The other possibility is that you go to the Tools-menu and choose the option "Check for question bank update".

You won't loose your test results as they are stored in the directory you selected when you first opened the question bank.
