Looks like the below statement is incorrect and contradicting. B'coz you have mentioned in so many places i.e. for other questions that it's usually thrown by Application programmer.

"SecurityException extends RuntimeException: Usually thrown by the JVM." 

Infact, the ExceptionClassSummary.pdf is also list this exception under thrown by Application Programmer.

It is a mistake. It should be Application programmer. Fixed.
