I think I saw exactly this question in another "Standard" test. Is how it is supposed to be, or do you want me to look for the duplicate?
The other one is 2.1730. But there is a slight difference. 2.1730 has public static volatile int counter = 0; while 2.1729 has public static int counter = 0;
The explanation is also different.
