I think the wording of this question could be improved.

Which of the following statements are valid at line 1 (Select the best answer).

'Select the best answer' implies that one answer is required. The test engine requires both correct answers, ie 2 & 3 to be chosen.

I'm frustrated because I just missed the pass mark
