I think the last option should read "....not equal to 10"

You are right. Should be fixed asap. It is still a wrong option though.

"It will compile but will not throw any exception even if value is not equal to 10." could be also true, cause by default assertions are disabled. The case doesnt say a word about used java.exe switches.
Unless "exception" really means java.lang.Exception...
