How is this option valid and highlighted in green ?

Replace Logger logger = new Logger(); with:
test.log4j.Logger logger = new test.log4j.Logger();

It should be util.log4j.Logger instead of test.log4j.Logger. This has now been fixed and an explanation has been added.
