Well, the actual exam asks you questions on similar scenarios.
Also, it is not a question of why anyone would do it but whether the developer understands what will happen in such situation.

Yeah I know these types of questions are at the exam, but I don't understand why Oracle/Sun thinks a developer should know what will happen in these scenarios.
