I believe Option 5 is correct because the statement says "IDs that do not follow this format have also been stored in the database" and the format is YYYY-DEPT-XXXX. '2012%%%' is same as '2012%' which is more generic as it will match all IDs matched by '2012-____-____'

Please clarify.

But the question asks you to select only the ids that follow the correct format.
