Please update the third option "The entity class must be a top-level class."

Anyone read it think that it has to be top class in a hierarchy

Top-level class is standard Java terminology (Please see this http://docs.oracle.com/javase/specs/jls ... jls-8.html ). If anyone thinks that it means top class in a hierarchy, then they are misinformed.
