the explanation of the first question says "A container may use the same instance for all invocation. The only guarantee is that the container will not invoke a method on the same instance from multiple threads simultaneously."

Well, the reason that you quoted from the explanation does explain why the option is invalid. So I am not sure what is your doubt.
