Paid the 1Z0-898 mock exam, never received the licence

I've posted my complain via enthuware.com contact form, but I have not received an answer nor I am sure if it has reached any one of the company.

11:24 today 07 July 2016 Amsterdam time I have paid 22.51 Euro to buy the "JPA+ V6

But it's now 6 hours afterwards I have never received the license. Could someone here helps me to get the license or give my money back ?
