Hello, why first option "The Web Service supports WS-Addressing." is not correct? I think the answer could be "supports and requires"

because the wsp:Optional="true" is not there, which means WS-Addressing is not optional but required.

So we can say: In this case Web Service doesn't support WS-Addressing?

When WS-Addressing is optional it means that it will serve clients that use WS-Addressing and clients that don't.
