Exam app crashed during testing

While I was taking the exam and was halfway through the test, I got an error that said "page failed to load". I talked to one of the proctors and they told me to file a ticket. They also told me to press " Ctrl+F5", and when I did, the application crashed. I couldn't rejoin the session and my exam attempt was counted as incomplete. I created a ticket for support and have to wait for their answer.

Has anybody experienced this error before?
Were you allowed to retake the exam at a later date?
How many days do you have to wait to retake the exam?

Yes, many test takers have faced such issues. Open a ticket on Oracle support site and explain them the issue. They will provide you another exam attempt.
