DnD Question Correct/Wrong Bug

Steps to reproduce:
1. Give wrong answer while taking exam, finish the exam.
2. Navigate to the question while reviewing your answers. You'll have "You answered wrong".
3. Click "Show DnD screen" -> "Show Correct Answer" -> "OK".
4. You now have "You answered correct".
5*. However, it resets to "You answered wrong" (the way it should be) if you switch to a next/previous question and back.

This is not a bug. User response is saved only when it is part of a test. When you attempt a question on an ad hoc basis, the response is kept alive only until you evaluate it or move to another question.
