Multiple products - one license

Hello,
I purchased multiple exams from and I received only one license so when trying to open all the files except the first one I am getting an error message indicating that the license is not compatible with that file.
I submitted that to the support and get a reply containing the license that I already have and it did not work with other files I purchased.

Is there anyway to solve that issue?
