Hello,
I am using ETS 3.35 (20130831) and tried it with question enthuware.ocpjp.v7.2.1284, but think it affects other DnD questions as well. If you answered it wrong and during review switch to "Show correct answer" and the click ok, the question is shown as "answered correctly" and even "my answers" are shown as the correct ones after clicking "Show DnD screen" again. Fortunately it doesn't seem to be saved, after switching to a diiferent question and then back, everything is back to normal.

If you are just viewing a question without a context of a test (or if a test is finished), the "Show correct answer" shows you the correct answer and since there is no way to store your original answer (because there is no test or the test cannot be modified anymore), if you click ok again, it thinks that where is there on the screen is your answer and works accordingly.
When you come back to the question, it pulls back your answer from the test.
