Unable to submit real exam score

Hi,
trying to report the real exam score leads to an error (please see images attached).

Hi, Paul.
I cleared a 1Z0-803 real exam yesterday with 96%. Enthuware is very helpful. How can I submit my score in ETS Viewer? I can't find any button for this. My version is 3.39

That's great! Congratulations. You may submit your score from the Average scores screen.
