Is the current version of the question bank 1/9?

I clicked on the check for question bank update item, I got this:
"You have the latest version of this ETS question bank.
Message from server: current major/minor version numbers are 1/9.
The version you are currently using is 1/9"

Is the current version 1/9 or my software is not updating it.

That is the latest version (which was uploaded this weekend).

Thanks. By the way, is the "check for question bank update" under the "Tool" menu also a way to get the latest explanations for some questions?

Yes, usually you will get a message from the ETS-viewer that there is an update available. If you don't update immediately than you can do it later manually with the "check for question bank update" option.
