About Exam booking

Hello Sir I wanted to ask that can I book my exam for next day If I am booking it today?

Means suppose I think now I have prepared for exam and I want to book exam date so is it possible to book today as tomorrow's Exam date??

If not then when should someone book exam date??

Say i wanted to give exam on 3rd of Sept 2017 then when should I book exam date?? Can I book on 2nd of Sept or before?
