I am unable to open your ExceptionClassSummary.pdf it says access denied!!!

It means your system is not allowing it to extract and open that file. Open your command prompt as admin and run ETS Viewer. Once you do that, it should work.

My ETS jar file is in this directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Enthuware\ETSViewer\etsviewer.jar

If I type c:\>cd Program Files (86) It says
The system can not find the path specified.

How shall I fix this?

You can put it in quotes. cd "Program Files (x86)"\Enthuware\ETSViewer
Or move etsviewer.jar it to another directory and run it from there.


But make sure you've opened command prompt as admin.

Thanks, your suggestion of running the file in " " double cotes do work, but the pdf file is still showing same message, i.e access denied.
