Regarding the experience level mentioned here in the website

I am student, possibly trying to get certified as OCP, will the experience(as mentioned in this site) affect me as a Newbie ? or the experience is posed by Oracle as a prerequisite to write the exam ?

The experience is a general guidance from us. It is not a prerequisite from Oracle. It is mentioned on the page also.
