When is OCPJP certificate delivered

I am not sure if this is the right section to post

I have cleared OCPJP 1 month back

I have a Pearson Vue account,which shows my report card
Is it necessary to create a Oracle cert account to receive certificate

For some people it has taken months, while some got it in a few weeks. So it is really difficult to say.
